What we collect and process

• Quiz inputs: the quiz title and card payloads (questions, options, answers, time limits, hints) provided through the ChatGPT tool request. We do not receive the rest of your chat history—only the tool payload that ChatGPT generates from your prompt.
• Client-side answers: your answers stay inside the widget runtime; when you tap "View Results" the widget packages your answers into a follow-up prompt and sends it back to the same ChatGPT conversation so the model can review them.
• Identity data: we do not request or receive your name, email, ChatGPT account details, or IP address on our server.
• Location and time zone: ChatGPT sends us your approximate location (city) and time zone as part of the tool request metadata. We do not use or store this information.
• Platform logs: Fly.io provides short-lived application logs (request metadata and errors). We do not add our own analytics, cookies, or trackers. Fly.io privacy policy.
• In-memory cache: the server keeps fingerprints of the last 50 quiz requests (title + cards) only to deduplicate identical invocations. This cache is memory-only and resets on restart.

What we do not store or share

• No database or persistent storage of quiz content or answers.
• No third-party analytics or marketing trackers.
• No identity data (name, email, IP) is stored or associated with quiz payloads by this app; only Fly.io's transient transport logs may briefly contain network metadata.
• We do not send your quiz content or answers to any party other than ChatGPT (for rendering/review) and Fly.io as the hosting provider that transports requests.

Use and access

• Quiz inputs are used solely to build and return the quiz widget response.
• The developer may access Fly.io logs to debug or improve the service. Logs are retained only per Fly.io's short-lived defaults and are not exported elsewhere unless needed for troubleshooting.
• Traffic is served over HTTPS by Fly.io.

Retention

• Quiz payloads live only in memory for the duration of the request plus the short deduplication cache (max 50 entries) and are cleared on restart/redeploy.
• Fly.io logs are short-lived per the platform's rotation policy; we do not add additional retention.

Your choices

Avoid including personal or sensitive information in quiz prompts or answers if you are not comfortable with it appearing in short-lived logs or in the ChatGPT conversation.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Since we do not have your contacts, we cannot notify you about it, but it will be visible on the ChatGPT App page.
